About
With nearly a decade of experience in sport science and performance across professional sports, Division I athletics, elite wellness, and diverse training environments, I focus on improving health, fitness, and performance through evidence-based, individualized strategies. My background in applied sport physiology enables me to integrate scientific research with practical strength and conditioning methods, developing programs tailored to each individual’s physiological profile, fitness level, and lifestyle goals.
At Triskele, I integrate biometric data, performance testing, and physiological research to inform training programs and recovery strategies. My focus is making performance and wellness both measurable and accessible. I believe meaningful progress happens when science, coaching, and collaboration meet to support long-term health, resilience, and sustainable development.
