About

With over 10 years of clinical experience, I have helped people restore movement, rebuild confidence, and achieve their goals. My background in athletic training and physical therapy has shown me that healing happens where science, empathy, and collaboration meet. I am deeply committed to a multidisciplinary approach to care, where communication and teamwork among providers are essential for meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, and sports rehabilitation. I have treated athletes, performing artists, and clients navigating complex recoveries. In each case, I have seen how personalized, coordinated care can transform both physical and emotional well-being. These experiences have strengthened my conviction that effective treatment begins with listening and understanding not just the injury but the person.

Motivated by a vision to extend individualized, compassionate care across broader systems, I co-founded Triskele. There, I focus on integrating clinical insight with technology and teamwork to ensure our systems empower providers and enhance the client experience at every level.

At my core, I’m driven by connection between disciplines, providers, and people. My goal is to continue building spaces where movement, medicine, and compassion come together so every client feels seen, supported, and empowered in their recovery.
