About
With a background in counseling, I have dedicated my career to understanding the connection between mental health and human performance. My professional experiences have allowed me to support individuals in strengthening their mindset, resilience, and confidence, both in athletic pursuits and in everyday life. Over the past several years, I have also played a key role in helping bring Triskele to life, fostering collaboration across our team to ensure that mental wellness remains a central part of the care we provide.
My focus is on helping clients overcome obstacles, whether physical, emotional, or mental, so they can reach their highest potential. I believe that performance is about more than achieving goals; it is about cultivating balance, purpose, and self-belief. By integrating mental performance strategies with our broader approach to health, I aim to empower each client to perform at their best in every aspect of life.
