Discharge
Marks the successful completion of your mental performance program. In this session, we will review your progress, highlight key achievements, and reinforce the strategies that have supported your growth.
You will leave with a clear understanding of how to maintain your progress independently, along with practical tools to continue applying mental performance skills in your daily life. This session celebrates how far you have come and sets you up for continued confidence and success beyond your program.

Group Sessions
Guided group sessions for teams and organizations built around a structured mental performance training program. If you are interested, please complete our inquiry form, which will ask questions about your sport or organization, team size, competition level, season schedule, availability, location, areas of focus, and preferred duration of training.
